Nothing is sold on this website. There is no cart, no checkout, no online ordering, no shipping and no delivery app behind this page. This is a menu, an address and a phone number for a nine-stool deli counter you walk into.

About the web address. The name shutda.shop was registered cheaply during a registrar promotion on .shop names and it means nothing — it is not a store, an online shop or a brand. The business is SUPPERETTA, LLC, an Italian-American deli counter at 1 Sebastian Avenue, Suite C, Saint Augustine, Florida. Call (904) 217-4083.

What comes over the case

The board

Subs, cut to order

Nothing is pre-built. The roll comes off the rack, the meat comes off the slicer while you stand there — gauge one for the prosciutto so it falls nearly transparent, three for mortadella, six for the turkey we roast on Sundays. The Italian is capicola, mortadella, sharp provolone, oil, oregano and hot peppers if you say so.

Whole $12.75 · Half $7.50 · Add roasted peppers or marinated artichokes $1.25

The weekday combo

Half a sub, a cup of pasta e fagioli or minestrone and a fountain drink. Eleven to two only, Monday through Friday, because the curb outside is metered and the rush is short.

Combo $10.25 · Soup on its own, cup $4.50 / bowl $6.75

Hot plate of the day

One plate a day off the steam table with two sides. The regulars know the week by heart: lasagna Monday, sausage and peppers Tuesday, chicken parmigiana Wednesday, baked ziti Thursday, eggplant rollatini Friday. When it runs out at half past one, it is out — we do not cook a second pan for a slow afternoon.

Plate with two sides $14.25 · Extra side $3.50

The case, by the pound

Take it home sliced how you want it. We keep the case honest — anything that will not be sold fresh gets used in the kitchen, and yesterday's rolls become breadcrumbs, not sandwiches.

Prosciutto di Parma $21.50/lb · Sharp provolone $9.75/lb · House-roasted turkey breast $12.40/lb · Genoa salami $11.80/lb

Coffee & espresso

Two group heads at the end of the case, backflushed every night, and the grinder gets re-dialed whenever the humidity rolls in off the bay and the shots start running fast.

Drip $2.25 · Espresso $2.75 · Cappuccino $4.25 · Cannoli, filled to order $4.00

Catering trays

Office lunches, Flagler College parents' weekend, the festivals on the plaza, wakes and christenings. A day's notice, dropped off or picked up, and paid when it changes hands — no deposit, no card kept on file.

Half tray, feeds 10–12 $68 · Full tray $124 · Sub platter, 24 pieces $89 · Drop-off inside St. Johns County $15

How an order actually happens

Ordering

1

You call or walk in

The phone starts ringing about half past ten. Tell us the sandwich or the tray and the day you want it. For catering we write it on a ticket with your name and a time.

2

We quote the whole number

The price you hear is the price on the board plus tax, and nothing else. No service fee, no delivery platform markup, no membership, no subscription and no charge that shows up later.

3

It gets made here

Sliced, plated or trayed in this kitchen by the family that owns it. The steam table is logged every two hours and has to hold above 140°F or the pan does not go out.

4

You pay at the counter

Cash or card at the register when the food is in your hands, or on the spot for a catering drop-off. Money moves once, in person, in this shop.

People who eat here

Regulars

“I work at a title office two streets over and I have eaten the Tuesday sausage and peppers more times than I want to admit. If you get there at 1:30 it is gone, which honestly is the reason I trust it.”

— Marcy D., Lincolnville

“Ordered two full trays of ziti and a sub platter for my father's memorial lunch. They had it in the parish hall by eleven and would not take a cent until it was on the table. The prosciutto was cut so thin my aunt commented on it, and she comments on everything.”

— Anthony R., Davis Shores

“Small place, nine stools, no online ordering — you call and they answer. My students walk down from Flagler for the ten-dollar combo. It is not fancy and the coffee is better than it needs to be.”

— Beth S., St. Augustine Beach

How far the trays travel

Where we deliver

The counter is at 1 Sebastian Avenue, Suite C, three blocks off the plaza. Anybody can walk in. Catering drop-offs stay inside St. Johns County, because a tray of ziti that rides an hour in a car is not a tray of ziti anymore. If you are outside this circle, we are honestly no use to you — we do not ship food, we do not sell anything online and we are not listed on any delivery app.
